General Business Conditions
1. Booking
Booking will be accepted in case the services in questions are available, but latest 7 days before arrival. Booking will be considered as confirmed only after receiving a signed reconfirmation /a contract/ by e-mail or by fax. The contract means that the client has accepted the price, the payment conditions , the cancellation and other confirmed conditions.
2.Payment
Booking will be considered to be valid only if a payment will be received within agreed terms.All cofirmed services have to be paid before arrival of clients. Magnetic has the right to cancel the booking in case the payment has not been received within the agreed terms.Payment can be made by a bank transfer or in cash /in case the so way of payment was agreed/. Confirmed price do not includes fees, charged by foreign banks.
3. Basic cancelation terms and fees
a. Groups
The total rooming reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival of the group. After the 30th day the cancellation fees will be as follows:
30 - 23 days ... 20% of the total amount
22 - 16 days ... 40% of the total amount
15 - 10 days ... 60% of the total amount
9 - 4 days ...75% of the total amount
3 - 0 days ... 90% of the total amount
The percentage of the fee will be calculated from the maximum expected number of persons. No refund will be given in case of a cancellation during the stay. A reduction in the number of persons in a group is tolerated when it does not exceed 10%. In case of a reduction by more than 10% , the above given cancellation fees will be applied.
b. Individuals
Booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival. After this deadline the cancellation fees will be as follows:
14-7 days ... 30% of the total amount
6-3 days ... 60 % of the total amount
2-1 days ... 90% of the total amount
No cancellation - all ordered services have to be paid if it is not stated otherwise.
4. Claims
Any claim has to be told to agency Magnetic during the stay or within a maximum of 7 days after the departure in a written form only. No claim will be accepted afterwards.
5. Others
For some bookings, special conditions can be agreed. That is the case when special conditions replace the General Bussines Conditions.
6. Jurisdiction
Negotiation is considered to be a general method of solving problems or discrepancies concerning the fulfilment of the contract. In case that the results of such negotiations are not found satisfactory by either of the parties, courts in the Slovak Republic are considered to be the courts of appeal and arbitration.
